Cancellation
Premium subscriptions renew through PayPal until cancelled. You can request cancellation from Manage Membership. Cancellation stops future recurring billing; Premium access remains available through the recorded paid-through date. Existing projects and Premium-created project data are not automatically deleted when access ends.
Refund requests
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically issue a refund. Refund requests are reviewed based on the transaction circumstances and applicable requirements. Contact support with the account email, transaction date, and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords or full payment credentials.
